The pilot episode of the podcast of the Research Group  on air. The episode made available to the public a debate on anti-colonial iconoclasm, memory of the Portuguese empire and decolonization. The debate brought together researchers in history and anthropology and had as its main object the protests around the statue of Padre António Vieira erected in Lisbon, in 2017, as well as public reactions to his red paint graffiti and with the word “Descoloniza”, in June 2020. Recorded on June 25, 2020, the debate was moderated by Ricardo Roque and the interventions of Annarita Gori, Ângela Barreto Xavier, Inês Galvão, Isabel Corrêa da Silva, Kevin Carreira Soares, Mafalda Soares da Cunha, Marta Macedo, Matheus Serva Pereira, Nuno Gonçalo Monteiro and Pedro Cardim.
